In activities related to project participants, the following will be considered:
- Elimination of barriers that prevent or hinder participation in project activities.
- Selection of participants will be conducted transparently.
- Principle of equality, without discriminating against anyone for any reason.
- Priority will be given to participants facing the most difficulties.
- Principle of gender equality.
In the initial meeting, information will be provided about the application of all these measures, which will be externally publicized on the project website. All participating associated organizations will be informed about these measures. The Inclusion and Diversity Strategy of the Program contained in the “Application Guidelines. Inclusion and Diversity Strategy of Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps” will be considered.
