This project aims to educate students within a global context, where they will embrace responsible leadership that they should apply in both their education and future job positions. It aims to provide socially impactful alternatives for their business decisions. To achieve this goal, various areas of responsibility are suggested, with a particular focus on Sustainable Development Goals 4 (Quality Education), 5 (Gender Equality), and 10 (Reduced Inequalities). The specific objectives of the project are as follows:

❖ Develop a model that will have an impact on students at various levels, encompassing both knowledge enhancement and influencing their business decision-making. This will be achieved through diverse practices conducted in the classroom, within a digital teaching environment.

❖ Examine the teaching methodologies employed in higher education that effectively contribute to sustainable development while measuring their influence on the individual and professional decision-making of students.

❖ Train educators in the proposed model to enhance the influence of higher education institutions on sustainable development. This enhancement will be observed from the perspectives of inclusion, diversity, and youth employment, with quantifiable outcomes.
